During registration and use of the Platform, we collect:

Company or studio name (if applicable)

Website or links to social media profiles
Payment-related data is processed only if the User chooses to receive a VAT invoice, including:
Company name / Tax ID number
Billing address
Transaction amount and date
The Platform uses cookies and analytical tools, including:
Google Analytics – for analyzing traffic and use of the Platform.
Facebook Pixel – for advertising campaigns and remarketing.
The User may disable cookies at any time in their browser settings.
User data may be shared with:
Payment service providers (only to the extent necessary to process transactions).
Companies providing hosting and analytical services, including Google and Meta (Facebook).
User data is stored for the period necessary to provide services and to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. VAT invoice issuance – 5 years).
Data processed for marketing purposes is stored only until the User withdraws their consent.
The User has the right to:

Delete personal data (“right to be forgotten”) – subject to accounting and tax obligations

The Service Provider applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
